DESCRIPTION:The Charles County Fair Board will be presenting an outstanding Fourth of July\nFireworks demonstration (brought to you by Innovative Pyrotechnic Concepts\, LLC). \nBefore the fireworks display\, come and enjoy some great food (more vendors than last year!) pony rides and outstanding live music from some local talented people. The grand finale of our celebration will be a digital pyro-musical display shot off and thundering to a multicultural musical blast! \nThis year we will have a no open flame policy inside the gate. We ask that you do not have a grill with a flame or sparklers as the ground is very dry. If you are using a flame outside of the gate in the parking lot we ask that you practice fire prevention- have water or a fire extinguisher readily available. \nFree admission! Gates open at 3:00 pm. DESCRIPTION:Modeled after famous markets in Germany\, this annual event offers fireworks\, light displays\, food\, handmade crafts from over 180 local artisans\, children’s activities\, shopping\, live music\, and more. \nThe $5 adult entry fee (children 10 and under are free) gives you access to the crafters and activities that include (but not limited to) Santa’s arrival\, holiday fireworks (with music)\, Christmas tree lighting\, strolling carolers\, music from local school choruses and bands\, an array of sales by local non-profit groups such as the Boy Scouts\, a living nativity\, various food vendors\, children’s activities run by a 4H club\, a lighted holiday path and Christmas Village.
