County fairs are known for their carnival rides, and we are no exception. We have exciting rides for all ages. Whether you like a ride that spins, circles, drops, or moves at a more leisurely pace, we’ve got the ride for you.

For families with small children, we have a separate kiddie midway, located near the South Gate, where our younger patrons can ride away from the crowds in our midway.

Throughout the carnival midway area, located north of the main gate, we have many games and contests where you can win that special someone a great prize!

There will be carnival specials available at certain times during the fair for your use!

2024 Information and Specials

Our Carnival/Midway is operated by Rosedale Amusements and Attractions.
Thursday, open  5:00p.m.-10:00 p.m.; Friday & Saturday, open 10:00 a.m.–10:00p.m.; Sunday, open 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
Carnival/Midway rides & attractions are not included in the Admission Fee.

To celebrate our 100th Anniversary, Rosedale Amusements & Attractions will offer the following:

Thursday, Sept. 12 – Ride All Rides All Night for $20.00/per person (No Coupon Required) or Specified number of Tickets per Ride as posted – Tickets $2.00/each.  
Friday, Sept. 13 – All School-Aged Children FREE Gate Admission until 5:00 p.m. – All Carnival Rides are 1 Ticket per ride ($2.00/per ticket) – 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.  
Friday, after 5:00 p.m.& All Day Saturday, Sept. 14 – 10:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m. – All Rides – Specified number of Tickets per Ride as posted ($2.00/per ticket).  
Sunday, Sept. 15 – 11:00a.m.–7:00 p.m., Ride All Rides – All Day – $30.00 (with $5.00 SAVINGS COUPON sent home with students through Charles County Public Schools) or Specified number of Tickets per Ride as Posted ($2.00/per ticket). Strip of 25 Tickets available for $30.00.

Specials are subject to change
