The 102nd Annual Charles County Fair will be held from
Thursday, September 17th thru Sunday, September 20th, 2026.
LOCATION
Charles County Fairgrounds
8440 Fairgrounds Road, La Plata, Maryland
ADMISSION
Age 11 and over: $10.00
Age 10 and under: Free
4 Day Passes: $25.00
Thursday, September 17th – Half Price Entry
All School Children admitted FREE on
Friday, September 18th from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Tickets can be purchased at the gate.
Cash, Credit/Debit Card and Apple Pay are accepted. NO REFUNDS!
All guests aged 17 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who
is at least 21 years old to be admitted to or remain on the grounds during the fair after 5:00 pm local time
until fair closes.

PARKING
All parking is free. General parking is available on the fairgrounds. Parking lot staff will be available to assist everybody to park at the fairgrounds. Parking is also available at our satellite lot in La Plata at the Charles County Courthouse and Government Building. We strongly recommend using our satellite parking lot at the Charles County Courthouse and Government Building parking lot and take a shuttle bus to the fair!

DRIVING DIRECTIONS
We are located at the Charles County Fair Grounds, 3 miles south of the town of La Plata on Fairgrounds Road just off of US Route 301 in historic Southern Maryland. During fair time, just follow the signs. Our road address is 8440 Fairgrounds Road.
NOTICE
The Charles County Fair is a Family-Friendly event!
There will be ZERO Tolerance for:
Disruptive and Disorderly Behavior
Fighting
Vulgarity
Improper Dress
General Disrespect for Others
Violation of any of the above may result in removal from the Fairgrounds or arrest.
All guests aged 17 years old or younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old to be admitted to or remain on the grounds during the fair after 5pm local time until fair closes.

Pets are NOT allowed on the Fairgrounds!
Exceptions allowed are certified service animals and dog/pet show participants.
